Subject

These terms and conditions govern bookings made directly with Faro Sardo through the official website, email, or telephone.
Confirmation of the booking implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Booking

A booking is considered confirmed upon:

• written confirmation from the property, and
• payment of a 50% deposit.

Faro Sardo reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of inaccurate information or lack of guarantee.

Rates

Rates:

• are expressed in euros (€)
• include VAT
• include breakfast (unless otherwise specified)

The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on site in accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Quartu Sant’Elena.

Payment Terms

The balance of the stay must be paid:

• at check-in.

Accepted payment methods are indicated on the official website.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation
Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.

Late Cancellation
In case of cancellation after this deadline, 100% of the deposit will be charged.

No-show
In the event of no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the stay may be charged.

Specific conditions related to non-refundable rates prevail over these general terms and conditions.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 1:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Late arrivals must be communicated in advance.

House Rules

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.

Faro Sardo reserves the right to terminate the stay in case of inappropriate behavior, without obligation of refund.

Liability

Faro Sardo shall not be held responsible for:

• loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• interruptions beyond its control (force majeure, public service disruptions, exceptional weather events)

Any liability shall in any case be limited to the amount of the stay.

Personal Data Processing

Personal data are processed exclusively for purposes related to booking management, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the territorially competent court shall have jurisdiction.
